Disney's recent anime release has done well in theatres despite a very limited release and showing.
Although a lack of support from Disney has limited Spirited Away to less than 100 theatres nation wide, the movie managed to surpass $5 million gross this past week. However, interest in the movie has steadily been declining reflected by declining earnings every weekend since early October.
