Super cheat.
Infinite Ammo And All Weapons:
At the the title screen press and hold L1 and R1. Keep holding them and press: CIRCLE, CIRCLE, SQUARE, SQUARE, L2, CIRCLE, L2, SQUARE, SELECT. Then release L1 and press CIRCLE. Then release R1. You'll now have every weapon and infinite ammo when you start the game.
