Unlock Two Player Pursuit:
Complete Pursuit 3 to unlock Two Player Pursuit.
Good Start:
Hold the accelerator down and tap the brakes while the counter goes down. Just before the counter reaches 0, let go of the accelerator and quickly push it down again to get a good start.
