PS2 version and portable version will ship the same day.
Activision, Inc. has started to ship Shaun Palmer’s Pro Snowboarder for the PlayStation 2 and Game Boy Color to retail outlets nationwide.
The game features nine playable snowboarders and eight real-world locations. The game also has Freeride and Career modes of play, and supports multiplayer action with Freestyle, for a split-screen trick competition; Palmer X—multiplayer racing; Push, in which players compete for screen space; and Horse.
Both versions of Shaun Palmer’s Pro Snowboarder are rated E (Everyone). The GBC adaptation retails for $29.99, while the PS2 port carries a $49.99 suggested retail price. A Game Boy Advance version should ship in the next few weeks.
