To top off this week's Nintendo screenshot extravaganza, we have some new and not-as-new screens of Retro Studio's Metroid Prime. While still primarily a first-person adventure, we're continuously discovering gameplay elements from the classic Metroid titles being implemented in 3rd-person AND 1st-person perspectives. Particularly in the first screen, which was also sent with Nintendo's online newsletter, we can see what's most likely the Grappler Beam attached to Samus' left arm -- from within her helmet. Additionally, we're treated to an icy environment and a statistical heads-up display function. See the screens and wonder how you expect to control a game like this:
