Developer Camelot serves up sequels to their hit N64 titles, along with screens to tease us.
Camelot Software Planning, the developer behind the N64 hits Mario Golf and Mario Tennis, recently announced they're at work with both sequels for Nintendo GameCube. While no specifics regarding gameplay, titling, and arrival dates have been revealed, Nintendo released a limited number of hi-rez screen shots showing the early, yet healthy progress of both titles. Clearly, both share identical art styles derived from their N64 predecessors, but of course look beautiful thanks to new technology. The "Mario Tennis" screens demonstrate added graphical effects, such as the fine motion blurring seen on Bowser and StarFox Adventure's "fur rendering" technique on the tennis ball. Go see for yourself.
