Based on the the Ghost Recon engine, Redstorm's latest in-house title in dev. for PC, PS2, and GCN.

Redstorm Entertainment/Ubi-soft has announced Tom Clancy's "The Sum of All Fears", their latest tactical FPS adventure based on the best-selling novel and upcoming film of the same name. In its current state it looks remarkably like Ghost Recon for the PC, with similar modeling, environment detail, and character stances, but with a "Rainbow Six" flavor to it. "SOAF" for the PC will be released alongside the film's debut late May, with the console versions coming Q4 2002 alongside the movie's DVD release.
