July 19th is the date for asia, for North America it gets a bit hazy.
According to NCL, the GameCube's Memory Card 251 is slated for a July 19th Japanese release at 2000 yen (16 dollars). The card will be available in a variety of colors when released and will completely replace the smaller capacity Memory 59 card. Prices of the Memory 59 card will drop accordingly when the Memory 251 is released.
A North American date shouldn't be too far behind.
