Logitech will make use of its "Immersion touch" technology for Gamecube peripherals.
Immersion Corp., a developer and licensor of feedback technology, issued news today that its “premier” licensing partner Logitech, has incorporated the latest Immersion touch technology into a steering wheel designed for Nintendo’s GameCube.
The Logitech Speed Force will be the first wheel for the system to contain force feedback technology. The wheel is expected to retail for approximately $50 and Nintendo and Logitech are working with developers to the release of a variety of games to support the product.
