Darkened Skye out for Gamecube

Fantasy adventure game will feature over 50 voiced characters.

Simon & Schuster Interactive have released its third-person perspective action-adventure game for the GameCube, Darkened Skye.

Set in a fantasy world, the title puts gamers in the role of Skye of Lynlora, a shepherd with a “taste for adventure and a smart mouth,” who discovers the power of magic. Skye is on a quest for five ancient prisms that will take her across five different worlds featuring over 50 speaking non-player characters. Skye will be armed with magic, melee and exploding devices.

Rated “T” (Teen), Darkend Skye carries an MSRP of $49.99
