Eternal Darkness feature film to be released by

In conjunction with Hypnotics Entertainment, Nintendo hopes to release a film based on their Eternal Darkness videogame.
From Gamedaily:
Nintendo of America has entered into a deal with the entertainment company Hypnotics that will result in the eventual development of motion picture and television projects based on the game Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem.
Hypnotic will “spearhead all TV and film development, financing, production and distribution rights for the property, from hiring the writers to brokering studio commitments and distribution deals.”
Hypnotic is no stranger to Eternal Darkness, as it produced the Eternal Darkness Filmmaking Competition in 2001 and 2002 to promote the release of the game.
