SBC Yahoo! promotion seeks to use gaming to promote DSL service.
SBC Internet Services and Yahoo! are offering a 30-day trial subscription to Yahoo! Games on Demand Unlimited at no cost for new customers signing up for SBC Yahoo! DSL for $29.95 per month with a one-year term commitment. Subscribers can get nearly 90 games to download including Civilization III, Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood, amd Rollercoaster Tycoon 2.
The deal extends until August 30th.
