Arkadium Gamedek launches

Yet another entrant into the expanding portables market.
Arkadium announced that it has officially launched its flagship product, the Arkadium Gamedek. The Arkadium Gamedek is a stand alone gaming unit that allows members to have complete control when selecting their opponent, prize and game experience. The new software features more than 20 skill games including such favorites as Chess, Checkers, Mah Jongg, Solitaire, and many others.
"Cheating and individual game domination have become a big problem on most cash tournament sites," stated Jessica Rovello, Chairman of Arkadium. "By establishing a core community through chat, and giving users the ability to select their own opponent, Arkadium is bringing both fair play and an exciting new platform to Internet games."
In addition to real-time, one-on-one play, the Arkadium Gamedek supports tournament play, private and public chatting, rival tracking, individual profiles including avatars, themed game rooms, free play and more. All Gamedek players are also given the ability to review any opponent's full game history (including average wager, expertise level and win/loss ratio) prior to play.
New members can easily join the Arkadium community by logging on to
www.arkadium.com and downloading the less than 1MB software program. Due to individual state laws some players are restricted from playing games with cash prizes.
