Outsource Media informed VGLN.com today that the company has been nominated for the 2004 Develop Industry Excellence Award for Services and Outsourcing.
The Develop Industry Excellence Awards recognizes creativity and talent amongst Europe’s developers and service industries.
“This nomination means a lot to us," said Mark Estdale (CEO, Outsource Media). "The Outsource Media team have demonstrated that a production values approach reaps the rewards. Outsourcing is not just about cost management and easing the production burden but about raising standards. Our thanks go to all those who have entrusted their productions to us over the last eight years.”
Outsource Media have already had awards presence this year when three of the titles they produced voices for: TimeSplitters 2, Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon and Formula One 2003 were nominated for 10 BAFTA Games Awards 2004. TimeSplitters 2 and Conflict Desert Storm were also on the shortlist for the BAFTA Sunday Times' Readers Award.
Outsource Media have most recently produced voices for: TimeSplitters: Future Perfect, Conflict Vietnam, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Juiced, Powerdrome, Second Sight and Formula One 2004.
The Develop Industry Excellence Awards (DIEA) 2004 will take place at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington London on Tuesday August 31st.
