Midway Games today announced that Mortal Kombat: Deception has gone gold and will to ship to stores for both the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system and the Xbox video game system from Microsoft on Monday, October 4th.
The game offers unlimited competition online, multiple fatalities per character, multi-tiered interactive environments and extensive new game modes (a la, "Puzzle Kombat", "Chess Kombat", "Konquest").
