Even gaming gets in on the controversial events surrounding John Kerry’s Vietnam service...
Kuma Reality Games today released a video news show detailing the actions in 1969 in Vietnam for which John Kerry was awarded the Silver Star. The news show features a 3D re-creation of the event, built using the soon-to-be released Kuma\War game on the same subject, as well as film footage shot in Vietnam during the time John Kerry was in service.
The Kuma\War service is available for free trial online at www.kumawar.com , and the Kerry movie can be seen at http://www.kumawar.com/Kerry/screenshots.php. For just $9.99 monthly, subscribers get access to all 22 missions which re-create current events from the war on terror - including the John Kerry mission, which will be available for play soon.
The Kuma\War video news show highlights the role of Swift Boats, the men who served in them, and of the tactics employed during the events in question to provide information for the general public to better understand the events at the heart of the controversy. Providing commentary for the video is Thomas Forrester of the Swift Boat Association and Dante Anderson, Head of Product Development for Kuma Reality Games.
