Mobile Scope appoints new board member

Jeffery Lapin joins Mobile Scope supervisory board.
Wireless entertainment publisher Mobile Scope announced today that the company shareholders confirmed the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Lapin to the Mobile Scope supervisory board. Mr. Lapin is an experienced interactive entertainment industry executive and until recently was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.(NASDAQ:TTWO), and previously, the Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of THQ, Inc (NASDAQ: THQI).
Before working for Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc and THQ, Inc, Mr. Lapin was President of House of Blues Hospitality. Prior to that time, Mr. Lapin held several senior management positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Starwood Lodging Trust (now Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide), a New York Stock Exchange listed company, and its various predecessor companies. Mr. Lapin began his career as an attorney at Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp in Los Angeles. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a JD from Loyola Law School.
