Screen Research, makers of high-quality projection screens for residential and commercial use, informed VGLN.com of new projection system the company has now made available to the public. Called Le Wing - a motorized retractable screen with a left, center, and right speaker system. Designed for the high definition video projection market, Le Wing’s screen and speaker system lower and rise together, providing a unique solution for those wanting big screen performance when they desire, but also no visible screen or speakers the rest of the time.

First introduced in prototype stage at the Mondial Image Photo Son of Paris in late March, the final production version will be showcased in the StJohn Group booth (#69) at the CEDIA 2004 Expo in Indianapolis, IN, September 10 - 12. StJohn Group is the exclusive North and Central American distributor for Screen Research.

Le Wing can be ordered now and will be shipping in November, 2004. Manufacturer’s suggested retail pricing starts at $15,700. Imagine playing Halo 2 on one of these babies.
