Signature Devices signs with BizDev

Deal will see BizDev as agency of records and management for Signature Devices.

Signature Devices Corporation today announced that they have signed an agreement with BizDev, Inc., the leader in business management for independent digital content developers, as their agency of record for business management and representation.

“Signature Devices is a significant opportunity for the publishing community,” said Dan Lee Rogers, founder and Chief Executive Officer of BizDev, Inc. “Their game development experience—combined with blistering-hot technology licensed from Crytek—allow the team to focus on design and the core play mechanics without worry about the underlying engine. “We are confident that this team will be highly pursued by publishers.”

Under agreement with Crytek GmbH, Signature Devices employs the same engine technology used in Crytek’s hit game “Far Cry.” Kenneth Hurley, Signature Devices’ Chief Executive Officer, commented. “Crytek’s 3D engine allows us to build on solid technology, and to bring to market a game that has the potential to reach or even exceed their quality and game play standards.”
