New memory cards will come bundled with bonus "game save" disc.
Datel Electronics informed VGLN.com today of the pending release of a couple of new memory solutions for owners of next-generation videogame consoles.
Its Max Memory product will be released this month for the Xbox and GameCube, offering 16MB for the Xbox and 128 Megabits on the GameCube. Both will retail for $29.99 and the GameCube version will come bundled with a readable bonus disc that contains a host of game saves for popular titles.
Also due outin May is the Max Drive for the PlayStation 2, which will allow owners of that console to back up game saves on their personal computers. Max Drive comes with a 16MB flash drive and the needed software. Datel notes that PS2 Action Replay owners, who do not own a Network Adapter for that console, can also use this product to download the latest codes off of http:///www.Codejunkies.com on their PC and then transfer them onto their console. Max Drive will retail for $29.99.
