"PSP Racing" to debut at E3 this month.
Engine Software, developer based in the Netherlands, today announced the development of 'PSP Racing' (working title), Engine's first title for Sony's PlayStation Portable. Scheduled for launch in the first quarter of 2005.
'PSP Racing', set in a SciFi dark industrial environment, gives an instant adrenaline rush and a fast, dynamic, racing experience. This racing game offers a great variety of gameplay features, extra characters and game modes to ensure lasting appeal. The futuristic street racer exploits the unique features of the PlayStation Portable including network and connectivity options.
Ruud van de Moosdijk, Engine Software's Head of Development: "We acquired an official license from Sony and we are proud to present 'PSP Racing' as a launch title. We feel the PlayStation Portable will enrich the games industry, and we have high expectations for this new device. The PSP offers so many features that it is best described as a portable entertainment system, rather than only a gaming handheld."
Visit Engine Software at E3 2004, at the Playlogic booth 2340, West Hall. A life-size vehicle from the game, in which visitors can take a seat, will be exhibited at the booth.
