Dreamcatcher's shooter should be in stores by the time you read this.
DreamCatcher Games has announced the release of its PC game Painkiller at retail outlets in North America
The horror-themed first-person shooter will put gamers in the role of Daniel Garner, who recently lost his life in a traffic accident. Journeying through 20 single player levels, set in between Heaven and Hell, Garner will attempt to stop an Unholy War by wiping out a wide variety of evil creatures. Five multiplayer modes are included as well.
Painkiller runs on its own proprietary game engine, the Pain engine, and also utilizes the Havok 2.0 physics engine.
