Atari published shooter ships to stores nation wide.

Atari, Inc. has shipped its first-person action game for the Xbox, Shadow Ops: Red Mercury, to retail outlets around the world.

Developed by Zombie, Inc., the title will put players in the role of Frank Hayden, a special forces operative attempting to destroy a secret substance known as “Red Mercury.” Powered by Epic’s Unreal Engine, the game contains over 25 single player missions, 10 more missions designed for split-screen cooperative play and support for Deathmatch, Capture the Flag and Team Deathmatch modes on Xbox Live or when using the console’s System Link.

Rated “T” (Teen), Shadow Ops: Red Mercury has an MSRP of $49.99.
